Heidi Sealy is Owner/President of Execuclean Janitorial Services, Inc. She and her husband purchased Execuclean in 1991 and have been operating the business in the Las Vegas and adjacent communities for over 30 years. Heidi earned her CPA certificate in 1982 before spending 4 years working for the Accounting and Audit firm of Ernst and Whinney in their Los Angeles office. She relocated to Las Vegas in 1986 as has been an Executive in the Casino Industry for over 30 years. The majority of Heidi’s casino experience is in finance, accounting, administrative and fraud prevention and detection activities. She currently performs all of the accounting and administrative functions for the Company. Morris has managed Execuclean Janitorial for the past 30 years, the first 10 years hands on in daily supervisory matters, then for the past 20 years in a managerial capacity focused on client relations and customer development. His strong focus on customer service is the backbone of Execuclean's success for such a long and extended period of time. In addition, his human resource management skills have resulted in professional and competent employees who on average have worked for the company for 16+ years
Dave Sarcka is the General Manager of Execuclean Janitorial Servcies, Inc. He joined the Company in 2020 after an extended career in the janitorial service industry. He is originally from New York and lived there for 37 years before relocating to Las Vegas in 2003. Dave owned and operated his own Office Cleaning Company for several years in New York. In 2003 Dave and his family decided to move West due to his wife's career as a commercial model.
Upon arriving in Las Vegas, Dave immediately put his experience in Customer Service and Janitorial office cleaning to work at the Venetian where he was employed as a Housekeeping Department Manager for several years. He then worked for the MGM Grand Hotel for over 10 years as a Manager in the EVS Cleaning Department.
Dave's combined 25 years experience both in the challenging Hotel service industry and owning his own Janitorial office cleaning company is a perfect fit for Execuclean. He brings to our company the necessary knowledge and experience in customer service that is at the core of what Execuclean is all about. He has comfortably assimilated into the position of General Manager working with our dedicated team of cleaners who have an average tenure of over 16 years with Execuclean.
